Be Thankful – and Drive Change

11/26/2008 – 3:50 pm | Comments Off

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday it may be a little harder to think about all of things we have to be thankful for, given the hits that our market has taken, the state of the economy, the mounting job losses….wait that’s not where I was going with this. We have implemented Zoho as our CRM to help us better manage and control communicating with our prospects, customers and partners. I won’t go too much into that because Adam is documenting our process and will continue to add to this category as we continue to move forward with our Zoho implementation.

Things Go Better with Process

07/22/2008 – 6:15 pm | Comments Off

We have recently been writing about our company’s experience with CRM systems, both bad and good. We are in a great place right now with our current Zoho implementation, and we finally have right tool to help us manage and facilitate the sales and marketing process that we as an organization have identified as right for us. The combination of having the right process and the right toolset to implement it has been the catalyst for positive change within our organization.
