		<description>Thank you Steve for calling me so promptly. This was a pleasant surprise and now I feel a little different about what I said. He informed me that the update is being rolled out on an appointment basis and I&#039;m assuming you will be contacted when they are ready to upgrade your company. Heard the new version is more efficient and should resolve our slow issues.</description>

		<description>How&#039;s the rollout dictated. Alphabetical? License ID? Purchase Date? This would be helpful and an updated rollout list would be great. I sure I speak for most of the user that we need some advanced notice.
