I saw this post in CE Pro today. Electronic Systems Consultants: Making Data-Driven Decisions.  I like this article for a number of reasons.

1. Process first.  They identified a number of areas where software (not ours BTW) could help a business, but only if their business process is defined.
2. I have known Anson Fogel, the COO for a while, smart guy.  I sold him some software when he was working for Cello back in the late 90’s.  I read a feature story in Wired (print version) about his home in the Rockies.  For some reason mainstream press always impresses me.
3. Their whole process is designed to get them in and out of the home faster.
