Good residential business process article

I saw this post in CE Pro today. Electronic Systems Consultants: Making Data-Driven Decisions. I like this article for a number of reasons.
- Process first. They identified a number of areas where software (not ours BTW) could help a business, but only if their business process is defined.
- I have known Anson Fogel, the COO for a while, smart guy. I sold him some software when he was working for Cello back in the late 90′s. I read a feature story in Wired (print version) about his home in the Rockies. For some reason mainstream press always impresses me.
- Their whole process is designed to get them in and out of the home faster.
