This is my first real post since my unfortunate mishap in November. At …

2009 – Getcha Head in the Game

OK, for any of you who have pre-teen children and the Disney Channel, you may recognize the title of this post. If you don’t, then it really doesn’t matter. The point is this: 2008 is over. Done. Behind us. It’s time to focus on the year ahead and what we can do to improve. Improve what you might ask? Well that is entirely up to you.

Managing Clients and Contacts in SI5.5

Currently SI 5 does not keep a database of your Client and Contact information. In fact, all that is stored in the Client list is the name. Before I show a sneak peak of the interface, it is important to explain the difference between a Client and Contact.

Be Thankful – and Drive Change

Yes, it’s been a difficult year. But we’ve had difficult years before and somehow we get through it. I’m not saying that it is easy right now, because it isn’t. We have to work harder for every deal, we may have to offer additional services at no charge that we were used to charging for, or make less on every job.
