		<description>Seth, this was well stated.  It would also be helpful to know what to expect after emailing D-Tools support.  Will they receive a confirmation email? a case number? turn around time for response?  Many dealers are on a deadline and have one foot out the door.  If need be can an on-line support call be scheduled?
