T6 Table box
Our new T6 Table box is a larger version of the T3-AC3 / PC1 series. Ample connector space allows the unit to be populated with a variety of FSR’s IPS insert plates, snap in connectors or can accommodate captive cables to suit the requirements of the user. Three integral AC outlets handle most table top power requirements and are isolated from the other low voltage sections.
A multi tiered plate stacking arrangement and overall depth adjustment have been designed into the product to facilitate the use of larger and longer connector shells. The cover can be in a closed position during use. Cables are routed through any of the three cable exit holes in the closed cover.
The unit is quickly and easily installed by simply drilling a 6″ hole in the mounting surface, dropping the unit in and installing the mounting hardware.
Models can be ordered with round or square covers in black or clear anodized, or brushed brass finishes.

A New iPort® Generation
iPort®, the company that created a new industry standard for controlling and playing music and video content stored on the popular Apple® iPod®, has introduced a new series of in-wall digital media systems designed to integrate a variety of iPod portable media players*-including the iPod touch®, iPod classic®, and iPod nano®-into whole-house music and video systems. The IW product line now features a variety of improvements and functions consolidated into three new models all of which feature USB charging capability.
The iPort IW line comprises the IW-20, IW-21, and IW-22. Each is designed with a unique feature set and different configurations to accommodate a wide range of installation and system requirements while supporting video output of content downloaded from iTunes, TV shows, music videos and more. All models charge the iPod while it is placed in the dock.
The IW-21 and IW-22 models allow IR control of the iPod while the IW-22 adds RS-232 control for communication with third-party control systems such as those made by AMX, Crestron, RTI, NetStreams, Control4, URC, and others.* The IW-20 and IW-21 provide unbalanced audio output for local system installations, and the IW-22 provides balanced audio output for long-distance system installations. In the IW-21 and IW-22 a built-in preamplifier allows variable volume control directly from the docked iPod or via remote control. Optional upgrade kits are available for balanced video output from the IW-21 and IW-22 and balanced audio output from the IW-21.
In conjunction with the launch of the new IW models, iPort has revamped its website www.iportmusic.com to include the latest information with new graphics and content. Users can easily navigate to company information by various categories and can view and download product manuals, brochures, and the latest firmware updates. The site also provides a dealer locator for consumers to find the nearest retailer.
*A complete list of iPod models compatible with the new IW models, along with a list of third-party control systems, can be found at www.iportmusic.com/support.html.

Introduced in mid-2007, the THIEL SCS4 has quickly become a favorite among respected reviewers of high performance audio equipment.
The SCS4 is an extremely versatile 2-way loudspeaker that performs equally well as an excellent full-range stereo pair, in a surround sound system, or as a center channel speaker. Tripp Lite Pure Sine Wave UPS series – ATTENTION DEALERS WHO DESIGN WITH CRESTRON or AMX
Where does this solution fit best?
Dealers that work with Crestron & AMX, Tripp Lite has 4 UPS systems with drivers for seamless integration – (note 3 of them are from the Pure Sine Wave Series)
What makes the Pure Sine Wave Series different then the rest of the AV UPS systems out there?
The Pure Sine Wave series is the only AV UPS system of its kind to re-generate new clean power delivering a Pure Sine Wave 24/7. (note pure sine wave provides a constant 120v – 24/7 unlike some automatic voltage regulation ups systems which can only provide Pure Sine Wave when it’s on battery).
The Pure Sine Wave series power plant provides the very best in EMI/RFI harmonic filtration along with surge/spike protection and offers a zero transfer time to battery power unlike all the other companies in the AV marketplace with AVR which have a 2 to 8 millisecond delay.
What’s important to your engineers is no matter what’s happening with the voltage on the input side, the output is always a clean Pure Sine Wave – 24/7. This is a great feature if there is ever a generator on site, because it will never allow the inlet rush of over-voltage current get to the equipment when the generator kicks in.
The AV Power Partner Solution difference.
Todays AV System Designers are looking for a quite solution, The Pure Sine Wave series are much quieter then any equivalent from the computer / IT channel.
On the engineering side they have a larger internal engine for that additional headroom.
Drivers for Crestron & AMX, Tripp Lite give the dealer more choices for any system size starting at $299.95 to $2229.95 MSRP (note the HTR05-1U for $299.95 is AVR)
MSRP unilateral pricing is strictly enforced on The AV Power Partner Solutions.
Addition Feature sets
All of these UPS systems offer the option of IP manageability.
1), Providing remote power diagnostics, control & access.
2), Sending email notification of a power outage, battery status, temperature humidity, or with a contact closure, know if someone has opened the back of the rack etc……. within a clients system.
3), Most important the ability to reboot the system remotely from anywhere in the world, which in the long run saves money not having the cost to roll a truck every time there is a need to unfreeze a system. (as we know in this industry nothing ever locks up)

URC’s MX-5000 Is the First Remote Control with Haptic Feedback
Universal Remote Control, already the pioneer in control technology, has pioneered once again. Its new MX-5000 is a wand-style two-way color touch screen remote that is the first remote control to offer haptic technology. That means the MX-5000 confirms each touch screen button-push with a tactile vibration that the user feels; users can confirm operation without looking at the remote, so they can more easily maintain eye contact with the television or while talking with friends. In addition, every surface, contour and button of the MX-5000, as well as its screen size, has been designed to “feel right” when used with one hand.
The MX-5000 features a 2.7-inch LCD color touch screen and is equipped with WiFi (B and G), Narrow Band RF and IR. Via any URC base station, the user can enjoy a complete A/V control experience that seamlessly integrates new digital media sources and content with traditional IR and RS-232 components. Dynamically linked via WiFi to a networked A/V system, the MX-5000 serves as a dashboard for everything in the system. Because of its comprehensive two-way database, the MX-5000 can display the current status and browse media from the most popular IP-controlled components, such as PCs, servers, cameras, lighting, HVAC and networked A/V receivers.
