Integration enables project information from D-Tools’ System Integrator platform to be imported into Ihiji ServiceManager for post-installation client care and managed services
DALLAS, TX (CEDIA, Booth 2512 & 5712) — SEPTEMBER 6, 2016 — D-Tools Inc., the worldwide leader in system integration software, and Ihiji today announced that an API integration between the two platforms is currently under development. The new integration offers system integrators the ability to seamlessly use Ihiji’s remote network management services with D-Tools’ System Integrator (SI) estimation, system design, and project management platform. This upcoming integration will enable project information such as manufacturer, model number, and customer details to flow seamlessly from D-Tools into Ihiji – ensuring data integrity and a streamlined workflow from initial proposal through post-installation servicing. Integration between the two platforms is currently under development and is planned for a release in early 2017.
Users of this integrated solution will be able to improve their customer service post-install and ensure that any potential service issues related to warranty, equipment failures or replacements are properly tracked and noted on all project documentation.
