Zoho CRM offers 3 editions: Free, Professional and Enterprise.  The Free edition works for up to 3 users and the Standard edition starts at just $12 per user/month.  Media Environment Design will offer its customers a free Zoho CRM template customized to allow companies to quickly implement a Zoho CRM solution into their business.  CRM fields, layouts, reports and other processes have been defined to allow new users to get a jump-start on their implementation.  Brown adds, “We felt we needed to create a starting point for our customers’ implementation.  Rather than have each of them start with the standard Zoho CRM template, we’ve custom tailored much of the program to better suit our vertical market.  This allows our customers to focus on more important tasks such as making company specific adjustments and starting to use the software to gain immediate results.”
