		<description>I made a small change to the lead qualifying process.  Previously I had the SA turn over the lead to the SC when it reached A Qualified.  The new process has the SA converting the Lead into an Account, Potential and Contact and then assigning the Account to the SC.

This was done so I could get metrics on the performance of the SA&#039;s by using the Converted Leads Report under Reports in Zoho CRM</description>
