Hey, how did you end up getting your data from NetSuite when you stopped using it? Our company is realizing the evils of NetSuite and it's falling to me to rescue all our data for our eventual break up with NetSuite.

I have spent literally a hundred hours with NetSuite, trying to figure out why certain things occur the way that they do. Netsuite is a buggy, lousy CRM system, that provides partial bits of customer records, using constructs that are truly bizarre. If I run into a customer who states that they are using NetSuite, I simply dismiss the opportunity, and move on. I don't bother any more. Their product is terrible, their support is terrible.
