		<description>It would be cool if you could add a package as an accessory to a product! The way I could use this is to add an installation package that includes all the hardware needed to install that is basically the same with out having to add all those pieces everytime as accessories. Would appreciate anyone&#039;s thoughts on this...</description>

Will they receive a confirmation email? a case number? turn around time for response?  Many dealers are on a deadline and have one foot out the door.  If need be can an on-line support call be scheduled?
